  1. Execute the Install program to install Desk+Plus on your hard drive.  You will
  2. be prompted for the drive and directory that Install will copy and extract
  3. the system files into.  After the copying is complete, Install will ask if you
  4. want it to add the line:
  5.         <drive>:\<path>\deskplus.bat
  6. to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file.  (The drive and path that Install copies the system
  7. files to is inserted in '<drive>' and '<path>').  Adding this will tell your 
  8. computer to run the Desk+Plus program when it reaches that line.  So, whenever 
  9. you turn on your computer, you can use Desk+Plus right away.

  11. If you answer 'NO', you will either have to include it in your AUTOEXEC.BAT 
  12. file yourself, or type '<drive>:\<path>\deskplus.bat' to run the program from
  13. the DOS prompt.

  15. Or, you can include the drive and path on the 'PATH' line in your AUTOEXEC.BAT
  16. file.  Doing this will enable you to run Desk+Plus just by typing 'DESKPLUS'
  17. at anytime from the DOS prompt.

  19. In order for Desk+Plus to work properly, your DOS and Windows directories
  20. should be included on the path statement in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file. 
  21. (i.e.  path = C:\DOS;D:\WINDOWS;D:\DESKPLUS )
